One year ago, I wrote an article about the mercy that Ramadevi Mataji received from Radha Gokulananda – the famous story of the green outfit. Ramadevi Mataji has given her whole life to serving her guru, Srila Prabhupada. Although she was an expert in many things, she was famous for making outfits for the Deities.
For the 40th anniversary of the installation of Radha Gokulananda, she made the outfit that we happened to offer to the Deities on her birthday last year. A few months after that, she left the planet and returned to her eternal service in the spiritual world.
Less than a month before she left her body, she sent me a message that I remember every single day. After she was informed how “by accident” we offered her outfit to Radha Gokulananda on her birthday, she send a message for me:
“Please tell him I love him and wish him everything he needs for looking after the Lord and Lady of my heart. I wish him free from obstacles, I wish him to have always sweet words to encourage and include everybody in Their service, I wish him unlimited kindness to help those who are learning or those whose determination may be shaky, I wish him a full understanding of Shastra to take all Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda’s sevaks and sevakis to the highest levels of devotion, I wish him non-enviousness to include all from the youngest to the oldest in Their sweet loving seva and I wish him personal spiritual strength to carry out his own seva. May he be blessed🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏”
Dear Ramadevi Mataji, please continue to shower me with your blessings again and again.
I will always remember those moments when I would pass next to your house in Mayapur, and whenever you would see me you would remember Radha Gokulananda and loudly say:” Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda ki jay!”
